NAVV is being built to help NDIS practitioners navigate a system that too often defeats the people it is meant to serve. This wiki is the governing record of that work — what we are building, the decisions we have made, and the reasoning behind them.

What This Wiki Contains
The wiki is organised into three tiers, each with a distinct purpose:

| Governance Framework | The constitutional layer — programme principles, design framework, product charters, and strategic records that govern the whole NAVV programme. Read-only reference. |
| Operational Knowledge | Working knowledge — analyses, specifications, design decisions, and operational records produced during development. This is the primary review space for Andrew. |
| Commercial Portfolio | Commercial documents — product positioning, market analysis, and stakeholder-facing artefacts. Under development. |
