Critical Commitments Register
Critical Commitments Register — NAVV
Type: P3 Governance Artefact — Stage 5 (pending)
Sentinel authority: Brian (Governance pillar)
Status: Stub — three candidate critical commitments identified from impact assessment. Full six-element documentation pending Stage 5 commissioning.
Reference: P3 Minimum Viable Governance
Purpose
This register applies the P3 minimum governance structure to NAVV's three most critical commitments — the commitments whose violation would produce the most irreversible damage.
The minimum governance structure for each commitment requires six elements:
- Commitment Statement
- Sentinel Role
- Friction Point
- Escalation Path
- Review Cadence
- Consequence Profile
Candidate Critical Commitments
The following three commitments were identified in the impact assessment as the most critical:
| ID | Commitment | Candidate Sentinel | Candidate Friction Point |
|---|---|---|---|
| GC-001 | Andrew's interface boundary — Andrew does not receive unprocessed technical artefacts or raw governance documents | Brian | Missive review before any Andrew-facing content is delivered |
| GC-002 | NDIS legislative accuracy — all content reflects current legislation and pricing at time of publication | Brian | Ingestion review step; content not promoted without accuracy check |
| GC-003 | Traceability — all session activity timestamped and recorded; no undocumented decisions | Brian | Freeze-line convention; Questions Log; Missive response protocol |
| GC-004 | AI-generated domain knowledge validation — no NAVV product relying on AI-derived domain knowledge is deployed beyond probe/pilot without independent regulatory or practitioner review | Brian | Product brief Validity Marker must flag AI-derived knowledge; G-03 raised in Product Brief - Participant Statement Toolkit |
Stage 5 Actions Required
- Apply the full six-element governance template to GC-001, GC-002, and GC-003 #action/brian (to commission)
- Confirm sentinel authority for each commitment (aligned to PR-I001 Distributed Sentinel Model)
- Apply Subsidiarity principle: identify commitments below the top three that can be governed locally by the relevant sentinel
Stub created: 2026-05-08. Full register pending Stage 5 commissioning.
